10. Mesuliyyet

The game and accounts

Drift Zone Online is free to play and operated by an individual. Accounts are optional; no e-mail is collected, which means a forgotten password cannot be recovered. You can delete your account at any time from inside the game. The game is not intended for children under 13.

Virtual currency

Coins are an in-game item, not money. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred, or sold, and can only be used inside the game. Coins can be earned by playing for free; purchases only speed this up. Buying coins grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game.

Payments

Prices are in USD. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; we never see or store your card details. Each payment receipt is processed once, so a purchase cannot be credited twice.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked, provided the coins are unspent. If a technical fault occurred (money taken but no coins delivered, or a duplicate charge) we refund in full at any time. Refunds are not given for spent coins, after 14 days, or where the account was restricted for breaking the rules. Write to [email protected] with your username and purchase date; we reply within 3 business days. Bank processing usually takes a further 5-10 business days. Statutory consumer rights in your country override this section where they are broader.

Voice chat

Voice chat is optional and the microphone is only active while you choose to enable it. Audio is never recorded and does not pass through our servers, which also means we cannot moderate it. Mute and leave if another player behaves badly.

Fair play

Modifying the game, sending fabricated positions or lap times, automating play, attacking the server, or accessing another person's account is prohibited. Results from suspicious runs are excluded from the leaderboard, and accounts may be restricted; no refund is given in that case. Note that suspicious runs do not get the player kicked — network lag can look identical, and honest players must not be punished.

Availability and liability

The game is provided «as is» on low-cost hosting; downtime and maintenance are possible. If the game is shut down permanently, at least 30 days' notice will be posted and refunds for unspent coins may be requested during that period. Liability is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
